Her book "Flying with Condors" is out now.

Yes, Spice is all about rediscovering the F word... well several F words really!
The main one is FUN. Fun like you've never had since you were a child. It's also about FRIENDSHIP, as we are an amazing network of likeminded friends. To some, Spice is also about FITNESS. Having fun getting the excercise we need without even noticing.
